Received AOR in Aug 2016 for CEC - anyone else?

Hi,

I have applied under the CEC, and received an AOR in Aug 26, 2016.
Very early days and right now it says "review in progress" for review of eligibility.
I understand the process is slow and takes 6 months.
Anyone else with an AOR in August 2016?

I submitted mine on Sept 1st, 2016. Status is Review in Progress...

It will stay like that till they receive your medicals (after they ask for it)
Then it will change to medicals received. And then decision made, and then voila!

Stay patient, you'll get there in a blink. Enjoy your time being.

My work permit expires in a month from today and I have not heard from CIC except the message saying my medicals have been approved. I have seen a statement in official website that one of the requirements to apply for BOWP is the R10 Completeness check. So should I wait till I get my R10? What if I don't get it before my work permit expires?
