Received an email-Ready For Visa. But no updates on cic portal- Help

Hello,

I received this email about 5 days ago.
It says Ready for Visa etc.
Below is an excerpt:

The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, permanent residence visa. If for any reason you are not able to meet this deadline, please inform us immediately by email to: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca with details concerning your situation.

However my cic portal is not updated. What do I do?

Do I send my passport with the photographs etc?

Please advice.

Yes send your PP first , Once they receive your documents and finish the processing then they will update your My CIC account.

Can you please share your timeline and your local visa office ?

Yes send your PP first , Once they receive your documents and finish the processing then they will update your My CIC account.
