Received AIP , Shall i apply for GCMS?

I received my AIP in 24August along with the medical request.
Done medical in 9 sept and received update in 12 saying:
Review of medical results - September 12, 2020:You passed the medical exam.

After that no updates. In review of eligibility it is written:

• We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

Shall I apply for GCMS notes?

You should, so you'd have a sense of comfort during your online studies if you'd already begun.

There will be update about either it is approved or not right?
I mean by now i should have received the final decision but because of all of these COVID thing going its delayed i understand. So maybe they had made the final decision but haven't updated yet.
I am not sure about what it contains so .
