I am outside Canada now.
My test and BG is completed. However, how to know that I have received FP request or not? I mean online.

If your BG is complete, there is no reason for IRCC to send you a FP request. FP requests are sent before BG is set to completed. If your BG checks are completed, it is extremely likely that you will not receive a FP request from IRCC.

On the other hand, just for you to know, you'll see it on the dashboard and you'll receive an email as well.

If you provided your email when you submitted your application, they will contact you by email. Otherwise, by mail.
