Recd ita - question about travel and address history

Hey guys

So, I'm filling out the forms that were generated and i have to fill in travel and address history (spousal FSW inland application).
My husband travels a lot for work but it's only a week or less mostly. Do we include all his history? Or is it applicable for when the stay is longer than 6 months?
For address history, he lived in 2 houses during the last 10 years and his parents owned both. Should we include both or current one is enough?

All travels have to be mentioned from the last ten years and all addresses from the last ten years too.
