I got my COPR last year with expiry of visa in Aug 20 but couldn't fly due to Covid. Got an email from IRCC few days back that they can reassess the application if I fill a template form which required some basic information. There were a few pre filled fields, one of them being class of application. I had applied under express entry program, while this email form has class of application written as Provincial Nominee- selected by a province other than Quebec. I am in two minds whether to change this to Express Entry or continue with what was written
