Reason for Delay After Medical------------------

Any one can Answer why there is a certain delay after medicals????

I do not remember actually who posted a response from Visa office New delhi but there was a thread in which it was mentioned that even though the medicals and passport were request the security check is still ongoing and VISA will not be stamped unless VO is satisfied that applicant is admissible to Canada

So it means that even after medicals and PPR there are certain checks that may continue and this may justify why some people get passports in 2-3 weeks and why others tale 15 to 16 weeks. The average time though to get the passport back is about 5 to 7 weeks

Why delays after medical+PPR+RPRF? It has been more than five months for me. Unbearable!

You mean you sent out your passport 5 months ago and haven't received it yet? Did you email your VO for this issue?

Yes. I emailed VO and was informed last month that my wife's medical report is still under assessment. I don't know why it is taking them so long. Bhagwan tera bharosa!

Can you have somebody who lives in Canada call 88-242-2100 (Ottawa) to find out what happened?

Ottawa is repsonsible for the assessment. Making a phone call may help you find out what happened on your wife's assessment.
