reapplying question ???

I withdrew my application about a month ago and have not received an e-mail and my e-cas status still shows " eleigibility review complete " at CIO Sydney. I would like to reapply but do I need to wait until they confirm my withdrawal from first application ?

Have you sent a written request to them. What was the mode of communication?
Suggest you to wait for them to confirm that they have accepted your request to withdraw your file and then send your new file.
