Reapplying in universities Concordia and Windsor

Hi I have applied in Concordia University and Windsor University for fall intake 2016. But, Unfortunately I got Rejected From both . Both gave me reason that they got better profiles then me . In concordia I have applied for Meng and in Windsor I have applied for MAC.
My question is can I apply again in Concordia and Windsor for winter intake Jan 2017 ???? Can I get admission ??? as universities got this thing first come first serve . Any help would be appriciated. Need advice very urgently.
My Profile:-

Btech(IT)- 68% overall with 4 backlogs (cleared on time) , last 2 year percentage 75%
IELTS-6.5 overall
2 year working Experience.
Live projects(Websites and mobile applications)

As far as I can see, your profile is not that bad, 68% actually fits the requirement at Windsor, maybe you had not placed emphasis on your references, your statement of intent OR maybe you had low marks on the core requirement courses. I can recommend you to strengthen your profile by getting better references and maybe score better in IELTS.
And yes, try applying early, I am confident you will get admission for the January intake

thanks for your reply one more thing do backlogs going to create any problem ???? and you are talking about windsor or concordia ???

Both of the universities, I don't think backlogs were the prime reason for your refusal.

1)Try applying soon
2)Improve your IELTS and
3)Maybe take the GRE to strengthen your profile
