Reapplying for TRV after refusal

Does it make sense to just reapply for a TRV right after it's refused with the exact same application and documents?

or do I have to come up with a entirely new case?

Please checked the visa refused reason &try to solve it before reapply again
2.you can apply again without changing if your application is assessed by other officer then you have chances .if the application is assessed by same officer/location will be refused again
