1. Sure people have, but I suggest you do a search on Res Judicata at https://www.canlii.org/en/ca/irb/index.html especially if your application was refused, and the appeal lost. If you haven't overcome the reason for refusal, then you can expect another.

Thanks for your reply and the website. We were refused last fall but we never appealed it because we have a lot of new information to add since we applied the first time. We didn't hire anyone to help us and did it ourselves, and didn't include everything we should have. We are going to reapply by the end of next month. Most people must just appeal it because there is hardly any information on this forum about people reapplying. Thanks again for the website I will check it out
