Reapplying For PR Status After Renouncing It

I want to renounce my PR as cic reject my sponsorship for my wife as I got married after my CoPR and before landing in Canada and I missed to inform cic about marital status change. Can I apply again for PR as married this time around.

My case is still pending in H&C. Due to covid i have not received any update since Feb 2020. I had an interview which was positive just awaiting final decision.
 
Best way to move forward is to hire experienced lawyer. I did not renounce my PR. Instead I applied for spousal PR got rejection and I appealed, now my case is with H&C. Hopefully they will review and grant the PR for my wife.
