Reapplying for a Visitor visa since file applied is not moving beyond posted timeline

Hello All

I personally know of a few people who applied for a TRV using the new portal between Oct and Nov 2021 and then reapplied in December 2021 on GC Key and got a decision on their GC Key Application.

Although, I am not sure how this adds up as it is just a brute force application, any recent success stories of applying multiple times and getting a positive decision/approval ?

I applied on a gckey portal in Nov, no updates so far, thinking of applying on a new portal

yeah Dec applications were getting decisions very quickly. I am not sure what is wrong with Oct and Nov
 
What is the new portal link?

Are applications for TRV on the New portal yielding any results at all ? I see those applications have been halted for and IRCC has switched over to GC Key. Should applicants who are waiting over 60 days on the portal, re-apply using GC Key? Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Applied Oct 25, 2021
 
I am pr of canada. applied my parents visa in April 2021 and biometric was done in august 2021, no reply after that what do you guys suggest for me to do. do I apply in new portal or not.
