Hi Everyone,

My Family visa application was rejected in February 2023, possibly due to a lack of supporting documents I attached during that time. I have an upcoming client meeting at end of the October 2023 and also my company's business continuity plan is Canada as we're currently located in a hurricane-prone area. Can you please guide me if I should get a letter from my company related to both? Is there any other documentation I should attach to support my application?

Also, is there any limitation to when I can reapply after a rejection?

Thanks,
Rohan

There is no limitation to when you can reapply after a rejection.

You can certainly reapply now to attend the client meeting.

The BCP plan reason doesn't make any sense since you cannot work in Canada without a work permit. I would not mention this. The most you're going to be able to do is attend the client meeting. You cannot work in Canada.
