Hi, a relative applied recently for a student visa, a program of 1 year in a private college, and she was denied the visa for financial reasons they said. If she can add more funds to her statement or get a study loan, can she re-apply for a student visa immediately? Thanks for sharing your experience.

Would strongly discourage applying to a private college.

I've read several comments of people advising not to apply to private institutions. Can't really comment on why but I get the impression these institutions are not viewed positively by immigration officers. You should look more into that.

Regarding the second application, ideally you would want to request the GCSM notes so that you can read the specific reason the VO denied the application. Note that the notes may take more than one month to arrive. Also, note that if your relative applies immediately, they would have to show more funds for several months in their account.
