no, there is no more reason beside what is on your letter.
you can ask but the answer would be " read your letter or no another reason"
you should have more supporting docs for your rejection reason. - finance, home tie etc.
CIC/VO would look at your app more carefully since you reapply.
FYI. send photocopy of rejection letter with new app.
