Reapply for PR?

Dear Forum Members,

Here is my case: I applied and got PR through PNP and lost it because I couldn't move permanently to Canada. I want to apply for Canadian PR again. Is it advisable to reapply through the same Province or through a different category? Your advice is appreciated.
