Thanks Bryanna for your advise , i reapplied my visitor visa and got it for the life of passport.
My first application was refused in jan 2016

Hi, that s nice, and congrats what was the reason for rejection and how did you address those? ,
 
The reason for rejection was Purpose of visit.
For this I gave details of daughter studying there , with letter from college , invitation from daughter , duration of 2 weeks , hotel bookings ,air tickets ,business registration documents etc

Hi Tajinder,

Can you please tell what documents you have submit for business registration?
I am applying for my brother. I have his shop and establishment certificate, Central Excise Registration Certificate, and Service Tax Registration Certificate.

I also have his lease agreement in Gujarati. If necessary I can get it in English as well. I haven't done its English translation as I am planning to use just above three docs.

I would appreciate if you can help here.

I included VAT certificate , registration certificate from Industries department , registration certificate with forest department , import export code number , bank statement of business establishment, registration with municipal corporation .
All documents not in English should be translated into English and attested by notary.

in what time frame did you re-apply? what was the reason for rejection.
my dads visitor visa got refused last week. reasons were travel history , insufficient funds.

my reason for rejection was purpose of visit.

I got my gcms notes and applied after 6 months. do not apply in quick succession . give few months gap. apply in oct for visit in chritmas holidays.
