my problem is last september i got the result of canadian embassy here in manila that i'm denied or refused for a work permit to canada, the reason why the visa officer refused my application is stated in the refusal letter that visa give it to my application is my current employment situation (UNEMPLOYED) and limited employment prospects in my country of residence(PHILIPPINES).. what is the meaning of that reasons so that visa officer decided to deny my application and is it better my idea to re apply again if i have current job when i decided to re apply again? and i hope that the reasons that visa officer gave to my 1st application can be ok when i had a job now and reapply for the 2nd try...?

Limited Emplyment prospects in your country of resience

i just want to share first that before i apply for TRV here in the philippines and the results i received was the visa officer didnt satisfied to me that i will be back to the philippines after my authorized stay in canada and the factors are limited employment prospects in my country of residence and my current employment situation.. My current employment situation before was unemployed during the processing of my application. and now i have a job here in my country that matched in my job offer in canada as a food counter attendant and i want to re apply when i receive my new LMO again in my canadian employer? is it good idea that i will apply again because i have now employed here in my country?
