Reapplication for Live-in Caregiver in Canada

Good day everyone!

I am an applicant for live-in caregiver. I am already done with the documentation until speak test. Unfortunately, my application was refused by the Embassy. According to them, I have not meet the requirements of the Act and the Regulations, particularly, unable to demonstrate sufficient knowledge and skills.

I wanted to reapply but I do not know how. Pls help me.

if your LMO is still valid, you can apply with that LMO. if expired, your employer must apply again in HRSDC for a new LMO. now, it costs 275 CAD and 3-4 months processing. Then fill app forms and provide original documents and send it again to CEM this time thru VFS. Again, wait for AOR and ST Notice. I hope you can make it this time with the ST. Btw, how was your score?
