Hi All!!!
In the application IMM 5710 - Application to change condition, extend my stay or remain in Canada as a worker it has the Employment Section, which I have what some may consider a simple question and so I just need a bit of help:

I am currently working and will continue working with the same employer.
In the first box of the Dates of employment From and TO, what do I put in the the To date:
1 - Do I leave it blank since I do not know till when I will work in that position (I might be changing position as in any other job but in the same company)?
2- Should I put the date of the expected expiration date of the new work Permit I would acquire with this extension?

Please just help what date should I put here - thanks to all of you
Note: After I extend the WP, I will apply for the residency so the intention is to stay permanently in my job but that of course will be a separate application and the CIC will only see so far this application.

I know all of you are really busy with many other questions and issue.
I am only missing this question in the application and the forum expertise will be
GREATLY appreciated on my Question that won't take you more that 2mints.

THANK YOU!!!
