Done collecting all document needed for CSQ. under the Quebec website it says I should send them to Montreal Quebec. But I live in the USA. Should I send it to Buffalo instead?

Buffalo is for CANADA,Montreal is for QUEBEC which is a nation within a united Canada,Quebec controls its own Immigration as a Semi-nation,Do you send immigration letters for France to London?,You are applying to Quebec,So obviously you dont apply to Canada right??

Always follow the instructions you are given. If you start making up your own instructions, you are just asking for trouble. Files will not get processed if you send them to the wrong place, you know.

Yes. Quebec is canada as well. Documents used to be sent to NY City.
I just wasn't sure. Now as I am focusing on Quebec.....)I'll send my documents to Montreal.

Still, when you get the CSQ you aplly to Buffalo even you are going to Quebec. My question was about getting the CSQ.
