Interview on phone wasn't a common trend before but these days few applicants have received phone calls interviews
I think questions they ask should relates to your submitted documents for an actual verification of its authenticity and clearing certain doubt's
Nobody for such can just say focus on this questions as applications varies, just go study your SOP and other documents and stay well prepared
