Pls, I got ITA via PNP. In my application for the PNP I specified my half-sister as resident in the province. But we are struggling to get a documents to prove blood relationship as our un-educated mother died many years ago and never really had such documentation. Is it right for me to remove her(Sister) outrightly from my PPR application Or what do I do? Please help out

You cannot *choose* to remove required information from your application, you must answer truthfully regardless of whether you can prove it or not. Your application, taking into account all other considerations, may rest on that documentation assuming your PNP was acquired for that reason.

Give the documents that you have. Contact your embassy to get birth certificate for you and your sister (I do not see that part to be that difficult unless your sister came as a refugee).
