Hi all

I applied in august 2014 when i had full 12+ months of canada work exp with me (returned india in oct 2012). Unfortunately my application was refused due to a missing info. Now i am planning to reapply however i am not sure whether i am elligible again as the 12 months period is sort of expired. I am thinking to attach a cover letter explaining the entire situation leaving all the remaining forms and correspondence that i have recieved from cic as it is.

Any insights or suggestion or experience or guidance that you can shaee?

sorry, you question is confused, why in august it is not expired. what file missed ?

Based on the information you have provided, it is too late for you to apply for CEC since you no longer have at least one year of work experience in the last three years. It's too bad you waited so long to apply.

I'd say go ahead with your plan, attach a cover letter, and re-apply. This is of course if you have $500 to burn. You have nothing to lose at this point. So you might as well take your shot, you never know, the VO might turn out to be a good one.

Best of luck,

Thanks a lot. Yes i was thinking to clarify through a cover letter only. Will send it and anyways they wont deduct amount till they accept the application. Hoping for the best
