My daughter is a Canadian citizen. She had applied for sponsoring us for PR. Subsequently, we were asked to submit our necessary documents. Before the documents were submitted to CPC at Mississauga, we had to request our daughter to withdraw our applications, since certain property issues developed up in India, and we felt, we may not be able to migrate to Canada. Now, that all the issues are resolved, can our daughter re-apply for PR Visa under Family Class-Parents sponsorship? What procedure should my daughter follow?

The CIC parents sponsorship section is still closed due to a huge backlog.
People have heard its supposed to reopen in January 2014 but even then it will take a loooong time to get your PR.

There will also be a cap on the numbers being approved in 2014. I think it's only 5000 applications.

And the income requirements to be approved to sponsor are going up 30%.

Also, it's now a 20 years sponsorship term instead of the original 10 years. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/backgrounders/2013/2013-05-10b.asp
