Re settlement issue about SIN and Tax

Hello everybody,
I have worked in Ontario from 2018 to 2020 with work permit. After work permit expired I came back to my country for a year. Right now my statu is changed to PR and I came back to Canada 3 weeks ago. I got my new SIN. I have tax document from 2020 (T4). How can I get tax refund from 2020?. And my wife got EI in 2020 but she has no tax document. Also how can we get it?
