Please advise me that i have resend application to NS after correcting and filling blanks. The annexure indicated with highlighter that my application is being returned due to clause which refer to fields blanks.
They asked if resend send along with forms the annexure they sent me. Do they consider my lost period an d try sending AOR early

Nope, you don't fill the application correctly, then it starts from the beginning when the corrected application is received at Sydney.

I had a similar experience, my payment form wasn't signed and they returned the whole thing.
Do I need to redo the application forms as they all have stamps and checkmarks on them? Or do I just sign where indicted by a "sign here" sticker and send everything back as is?
