If you do, you take the chance on losing your Pr status.

Dear PMM sir,

As i am planning to apply under 3131 :Pharmacist under fast track. I have old file also in Backlog.

I have done Diploma in Pharmacy , but i found NOC that employement requirement : Bachelor in Pharmacy is required.

Do you think that boz of this i am not eligible to apply under 3131 ? Boz to be a pharmacist in Canada one must have Bachelor ?

Please help to clear it.

Awating your reply.

Regards,

Mayank

There's nothing called as a "Family Visa" in the UAE, what r u referring about?
Till the time a female has a VALID "Residence Permit" - whether sponsored by her husband, or her company - she is permitted to seek MOH assistance for delivering. In fact, the facility of "delivery" & hospitalization anyone could get - it'd be tough though "registering the birth" if the mother hasn't a legal marital document.

But, why this query in CanadaVisa?

If you have an attested marriage certificate, you can deliver in U.A.E.
