it is 3-4 months, you dont have to worry or call them if you didnt wait more than 3.5 months.

We sent our application package for CSQ on December 10, 2012. Do you have any idea about the current waiting time for the AOR? It's the Montreal office, Direction de l'immigration économique – Europe de l'Est that is in question.
