PLEASE DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW THE RE MEDICAL FORM IS SENT TO THE APPLICANT ,?
MY MP TOLD THAT ITS BEEN SENT OUT TO ME , BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING YET EITHER BY POST OR EMAIL ,,

What medical form?

There's one form that you can print off the website. Then when you get to the dr they have another form that they complete and will give you a section of.

thanks for your info ,, i just received the re-medical form today ,, and ill go to the dmp on monday to get it done ,,
but my mp told me that the background is not yet finished ,, so do you know how long it will take to finish the process after i get my medicals done again ,,??
my application location is canadian embassy in malaysia.
