so i got this mail from ndvo stating that a remedical of chest (further investigation) is required in order to further process the file. the mail started with a completely different name and dat too adressed it as "Mr ......". i really don't know how to follow up with this.. i have marked a mail to ndvo asking for further clarification and still waiting for the reply. my consultant has also marked a mail regarding the same. i would really appreciate if some one can come up with some options..or what should i really do..my wife has no history of any chest problems..and it was lil shocking to know when asked for a further investigation..
