Hi, i am applying for a visitors visa. i have few questions

1. I was only married once and still have the same partner up until now. should I answer 'No' for the question 'have you previously been married'?

2. I was denied of a visitor's visa 10 years ago and could not find my decision letter. I cant remember the details like the specific date/year and reasons for denial. what should I write for the box provided for details?

Not sure which question you are referring to.

You must answer 'Yes' to Questions 10-11 and provide the details of your current marital status.

You must declare your previous visa refusals to Canada and any other country, including if you were denied entry. Failure to declare this information may result in a 5-years' ban for misrepresentation.

You must answer 'Yes' to Questions 2b and 2c of the Background Information section.

You will need to provide any details that you can remember: You name (including your maiden name) + Date of birth + Address + Passport details (passport at the time you had applied) + City and Country from where you had applied, etc
