Leon sir,
thanks for your valuable information on my last post

Reminding you again,
I am 16.5 years old at present .
I first landed in canada in december 2009 and stayed there for only 2 months and my entire family never went back there .
my PR card is about to expire in 2-3 months . But now i am very keen to go there and get admission in grade 12 and do my further studies and permanently settle there

You wrote in your last post that at the airport i might get entry as i am a minor but could be reported

Now my question is :

1. If i get reported and i wish to make an appeal , will i have to stay there until final decision is made ?
2. If i come back after filing the case, will it reduce my chances of winning the appeal ?

PLZ share your experience if anyone has such

Thanks ! :)

You will need to stay in Canada for 2 full years after re-entering.

If you leave Canada again for any reason during that time, you can say goodbye to any chance of retaining your PR.

I want to restart my high school studies from grade 11 to make myself fully absorbed in Canadian education system and to get admission in good university

If unfortunately the decision of my appeal goes against me after 1.5 years ( as it is normal period of processing an appeal at present) , It can be disastrous for my career :'(

In that case what should i do?
