Hi all,

I need a little help. In the generic application form for canada IMM0008 for FSW program, there's a column for
your last visit to canada. Now I have been there once, but as soon as u fill ur citizenship of a particular
country u cannot fill anything in the your last visit to canada to column. How to solve this error??

Hello pranay

I believe you are facing problem with Question 10 and 11 of the generic form IMM0008. if yes, then it is not an error. Actually question 11 is applicable to applicants who are not Canadian citizens but are already residing in Canada.

Can you suggest me what to do, should I attach an extra sheet and write and tell that I visited such a time
or that will be covered in supplementary travels information?

NO need of an extra sheet for mentioning this visit. This information will need to be added in the travel history form.
