RE-FILE of open work permit how long will it takes?

I was just wondering if how long it will take to wait for my renewal of open work permit, I did re-file it last july13, 2011 because the payment is not enough that's what they said to the letter..so i did re-file it..anyone who knows how long will it take plsss???tnx!
