Re-Entry to Canada with a S-1 visa (student visa) + a work permit.

I am currently outside Canada and have work permit (PGWP) valid until August 2022, and I have student visa (S-1), valid until 30th October 2019. I have already completed my studies in August 2019.

Can I re-enter Canada in this situation, in September 2019?

Is my S-1 visa equivalent to a TRV, cic website only states that you need a TRV to enter, no other conditions are stated there.
