Hi, So i previously posted about my partner who is in the midst of having her Common Law application start up and then go through but she's got just a little over a month left on her visitors visa. However she did just get back from a few weeks visiting the states to see family and upon entering they re stamped her passport with yesterdays date. Just wanted to know if due to that happening does she now get six months from that date or should I still go ahead with trying to extend her visitor status?

Since she exited and re-entered with new status everything resets. The new stamp with no limits means she has 6 month visitor status as of yesterday.
