Hi everyone! I just want to ask where I can find the form for the re entry visa to Canada? I currently have a work permit in Manitoba, Canada, which is valid until March 2014 and had to go back to the Philippines for a funeral. I was given until September 30, 2012 by my boss to stay here. I have a letter and the work permit with me for verification purposes. I was told that I have to apply for a re entry visa to Canada as my multiple entry visa has expired already. The problem is, the link in the CIC website, which is canadainternational.gc.ca/notfound.aspx?lang=en?404%3B/philippines/visas/tw_returning-tt_retournant.aspx is NOT valid and shows an HTTP Error 404.
I checked this site: canadainternational.gc.ca/philippines/visas/index.aspx?lang=eng&menu_id=3&view=d and saw the link above, but didn't get elsewhere. Do I need to visit the Canadian embassy here in Manila to get the re entry form or can we just find it in the CIC website? Anyone who knows the link for the re entry visa?
