Hello ,

I am arriving at Canada on 18th of June 2018 with a PR visa from India . CO-incidentally my current employer wants me to attend a business conference in U.S (New Jersey) on 25th of june for 2 weeks.

I have a valid U.S B1/B2 Visa. But my query is after 2 weeks will i be able to re enter canada with just the landing papers and without a PR ?

Also when i googled i found mixed reviews but yet some said said through a private vehicle the travel will be possible .

Please let me know if i can re enter canada after 2 weeks or not and if yes then what all documents shall i require?
I may not be able to get the PRTD from US as will be occupied by work.

How Can I re enter Canada?

How Can I re enter Canada?

Without a PR card you will NOT be allowed to board a flight to Canada. Technically this applies to all forms of commercial transportation.

Once landed, however, you are a PR and have a statutory entitlement to enter Canada, so upon arriving at a land crossing PoE using private transportation all you need to do is show documentation establishing your identity and status. Your passport alone should suffice, but it is a lot better if you have your CoPR in hand as well.

Thus, YES, with "a private vehicle the travel will be possible."
