Yes - you can certainly try to re-enter Canada provided your PR card hasn't expired yet. If you are lucky, you won't be reported at the border for failing to meet the residency obligation. If you are not reported, then you should remain in Canada until you do meet the residency obligation and then apply to renew your PR card. If you are reported at the border, you will be allowed to enter Canada but will have to appear at a hearing to argue why you should be allowed to keep your PR status. If the decision goes against you, you will lose your PR status and will have to leave Canada.

There is no way to be sure what will happen.

Hello

Thanks very much for your help, just I want to ask more for this :
if I try to re enter Canada in this my case , and I will be reported from imigration officer
you answer me that I will allowed to enter Canada but I must have to hearing about why
they will not revoke my PRstatus,or they will allowed to stay in Canada, and then that depend from which desigion will be made I will stay or lieve Canada,
-my question is when that will happen in the same day
when I will try to re enter Canada , or first I will be allowed, to enter Canada till my
PRC is valid....the date of expaired.....?
Thanks in advance

Your questions are difficult to understand.

Again, if you are able to re-enter Canada without being reported - then you will need to live in Canada without leaving until you meet the PR residency requirement. Then you will be able to apply for a new PR card.

If you are reported for failing to meet the residency requirement when you enter Canada, then you will be allowed into Canada but will have to appear at a hearing to argue why you should be allowed to keep your PR status. If you are not successful at this hearing, your PR status will be revoked and you will have to return to your home country.

No one here can tell you if you will be reported or not.
