Re: Delay in WES report/ contact number please

Hello every one!!!

I have sent my academic credentials in the month of September and after a while they have updated my account as "Documents received" and I got a mail from them that one of my credential was not sent in the manner it was supposed to be and they updated my online account status as "Waiting for required documents".

I have mailed them several times to please ignore that particular credential as it is not possible to send in the manner they are asking to and that its just a 3 month diploma program and I will have it done in later stages if needed, but no response from them and it has been more than 2 months.

I would like to call them on this and have it clarified, so please help me in providing with WES no and also please guide on what time to call with respect to their available free time.

You can call anytime during the business hours. You may need to hold for about 15 minutes before you can talk to the customer service. I remeber in my case when I asked to add my Bachelor degree along with the Master's at later stage, the lady told me that it is possible to add before we complete our evaluation. I believe it must also be possible to withdraw one degree or diploma. There is nothing bad giving a try. Remember to keep WES reference number with you when you call.
