Re-apply for a work permit after refused

Hello,

I got LMO from my employer and expiry date is May 20, 2014.

I applied to embassy to get work permit and it was refused because they say I dont have strong enough ties to my home country and i was unemployed during the last 2 years.

That is not true, and I want to apply again with new information.

My question is, is my LMO still valid until May 20, 2014 or after my work permit was rejected they invalidated it?

The LMO is valid until May 20th. You can apply for the work permit again. Good luck.
