From which VFS you applied. What was your rejection reason for first time.

Yes, you can get it. It depends on your country though.
In 2015:
My mom applied for super visa and it got approved in 24 hours. (online, by myself)
I applied for a study permit and it got approved in 3 days. (online, by myself)
In 2016:
I applied for study permit extension and it got approved in 26 days inside Canada, and 4 days to get the temporary resident visa outside Canada.(online, by myself)
I applied for my brother's study permit. It had to take only 1 week according to their site but it took 32 days and got the refusal. Then we applied again and it got approved in 2 days.
So as you see, there is no way to predict when your visa will come.
