As a forum member with an AEO, I would like to share with you that CIO guys scrutinize the AEO applicant's file more strictly to avoid any fraud and they certainly call your Canadian employer to verify the facts , even though they have AEO approval from HRDC/SC with them. Have these guys called your employers? If not, may be you should send them a query.
Wish that you receive your per within couple of days.
