RcVd Passport Request.

Hi to All,
as I'm update my status here. I got Passport request yesterday (Sept - 22- 2011) from Buffalo CHC.
CHC also asked to me send current residence USA state police clearance, my lawyer told me department of justice will issue the state police certificate from the USA state (I will go and search for live scanning for DOJ in my town on ASAP bases becasue it's take atleast 15 to 30days from state DOJ).

Rest process is good.

Buffalo mentioned 45days to submit my & wife passport.
Thanks to GOD that I am not in too long waiting line or either in the Backlog.

I am July 2011 - Buffalo applicant. I got my PER from CIO on 21/9/2011.
Can you please help in understanding Buffalo applicants time line to plan my PCC

1. I noticed all 1122 - Buffalo applicants (Post 7/26/10) took 5 months time from "PER-CIO" to "Medicals, PCC, RPRF request date" - is that same in your case?

2. Is Buffalo VO issues "Medicals, PCC, RPRF request" directly without 2nd AOR (RBVO)??

Our Passports reached to Buffalo by USPS (directed by my lawyers instructions).
I am staying in Ohio state, but my lawyer address is of Canada.
My query is that buffalo will send our passports to my lawyer or to us?

I update here that I don't sent my address return envelope.

No update, how many days still it will take to get stamping our VISA's at Buffalo. waiting for passport with visa stmped on it.
I read here many of old applicants still waiting, thank god that my application moved by the way my application under year 2009 becasue our first application forms reached in 2009, due to lack of some documents CIO return documents but CIO not returned forms so we are not in backlog (as per my great lawyer).

I got reply of my case email that my passports sent to detroit visa office. why?
I sent to Buffalo for stamping but now they sent to Detroit!!
I forget to send return paid envelop for passports how we will get back then?
