RCMP Uploaded, unable to Sign up the application at end step

So,

I have uploaded my RCMP to CIC with 31st December 2015 date and an explanation letter attached to my RCMP scan but now i am stuck on final step where CIC asks you to sign the application.

Today is 4th day and i have made all possible attempts to do this including cache clearing, browser changes and what not.

I have also sent my RCMP via CSE and asked them to attach it however i will never know if it was attached or not. CIC never tells this on phone.

Senior's suggest how to go about this now ?

Is anyone facing the same shit issue or i am the only one, i am tired of trying at least 5 times daily.

I uploaded my Schedule A form yesterday and didn't have any problems with signing the application. Sorry, can't help with anything.

So it's just me who is facing this crappy software issue on CIC.

I tried uploading and signing again yesterday and today i tried from a cafe with new PDF file but same thing no success NEW ERROR code.

I have dropped a new CSE plus a new tech support ticket today also. I will keep dropping a tech support ticket so they know i had issues signing this.

Also if someone could help, If i am unable to SIGN UP the application, it still says DOCUMENT PROVIDED in green color, does that mean the document has reached them, will they consider it or not ?

I mean the PDF is still with the officer uploaded as a document under my application, will they check it ?
