Hi everyone.. I was just wondering if i still need to fet the RCmP clearance. I worked in Canada for 3 years. Went home last april and applied for another work visa but got refused. Got married january of this year to my canadian fiancee. So now im on the process of gathering the necessary requirements for spouse visa. Do i still need to get police clearance from Canada? And if yes, can you please share how and how long will it take? Somebody told me all i need to do is go to NBi office and ask for a form.

No - you don't. All countries you've lived in with the exception of Canada.

Thanks scylla :)

That is not true. You might be asked. I lived in Canada for a while, 10 year ago and I have just been asked to provide a police clearance for the time I lived in Canada.
If I were you , i would go ahead and apply for one, just in case!
