Quick question... while my husband was in Canada (he was recently removed due to no status) he got charged with 4 things, spent 5 mths in jail before he was allowed bail but the charges were eventualy withdrawn, is this going to create a problem with me sponsoring him? On his RCMP it clearly states the 4 charges but at the bottom it says "charges withdrawn"
