RCMP fingerprint

Hi - I am 12/13 applicant and just received my AOR.
I am planning to submit my updated home country PCC.

Now my question is, can I submit the RCMP fingerprint/clearance as well even I am not yet asked?
The reason is that it is easy to request it here inside Canada instead outside so I would like to request before I head home on June 2014.

Any advice?

surely you could. I did mine in advance of their request, and I got request last week, I just emailed them with copies attached and the delivery confirmation to let them know.

I am a Dec 2013 applicant and did my RCMP a week back. Now I received my RCMP papers couple of days back. Question is do I need to send the originals to CIC or I can scan and send a soft copy via email ?

Also does anyone have a letter format that I can address CIC for RCMP submission?

No, You have to submit original. Soft wont be considered.
